Please note that these rights to do not apply to you in the employment context.

If you are a California resident, you typically have additional rights associated with the processing of your personal information. However, this Site is intended for residents of the State of New York. If you are a California resident, by using this Site, you agree that you waive all additional rights granted to you as a California resident, and you agree to hold us harmless regarding our disregard of these additional rights.

Note that it may take up to 15 business days for us to process your request and update your preferences. Additionally, even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications, we may still need to contact you for administrative or transactional purposes.

7. Privacy Protection for Minors

Our Site is intended for a general audience not specifically directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has submitted personally identifiable information without parental consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).
